Easy Referrals Real Outcomes
As a professional supporting women in the Waikato, you play a crucial role in connecting clients with services that can transform their employment prospects. We make referrals simple, confidential, and effective.
While our service is free for all Waikato women, we do ask if you are referring a Work and Income client, to ask if their Case Manager can help them apply for a Transition to Work Grant (TTW). This helps us cover the cost of the dressing and is not repayable by you.
We can also accept koha/donations from your organisation to provide our services if that is part of your organisation’s ethos.
How It Works
Step 1
Identify a woman who would benefit from professional styling and career support.
Step 3
We contact your client within 48 hours to arrange their appointment.
Step 2
Email bookings@dressforsuccesshamilton.co.nz or call us on 07 839 1147 to referrer a woman for empowerment.
Step 4
Receive feedback on their session and ongoing support needs The entire process respects client confidentiality whilst ensuring seamless support.
What Clients Receive
Every referred client gets a free professional one-on-one styling, workplace-appropriate clothing, career coaching including CV and interview support, and access to our ongoing community programmes.
We treat every woman with dignity and respect, understanding that this may be a vulnerable time in their life.

What if my client can't afford anything?
Our services are completely free to clients. We're funded by donations and grants specifically to remove financial barriers.
Does she need to be job-ready immediately?
We support women at various stages - from active job seeking to preparing for future opportunities.
What about confidentiality?
All client information is strictly confidential. We only share progress updates with explicit client consent.
