Legal name: [Legal entity] • NZBN: [NZBN] • Charities Reg. No.: [CCxxxxxx]
Address: [Postal or street address] • Email: [support@…] • Phone: [..]

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any donations, event registrations, or shop purchases you make through it.

2. Using this site

By using our site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to make a payment.

3. Prices, currency and GST

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

  • Donations: generally not subject to GST.

  • Goods, services and ticketed events: prices may include GST if applicable.
Any delivery or payment-provider fees will be shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Donations

4.1 One-off donations

When you make a one-off donation, your card is charged immediately and you'll receive a tax receipt by email.

4.2 Monthly (recurring) donations

By choosing a monthly donation you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your card each month for the selected amount.

  • Billing date: the same calendar day each month as your first payment, or the next business day.

  • Changing or cancelling: you can change or cancel at any time. Please email [donations@…] at least 3 business days before your next billing date so the change applies in time.

  • Failed payments: if a payment fails we may re-try and/or contact you to update your details.

4.3 Receipts and IRD donation tax credits

We email a receipt for each donation. If you are an individual giving to an approved donee organisation, you may be eligible for a donation tax credit under Inland Revenue rules. Keep your receipts and check ird.govt.nz for current eligibility.

4.4 Refunds for donations

If you made a donation in error, contact us within 7 days at [donations@…] with your name, amount, date and the last 4 digits of the card used. We'll review and process a good-faith refund where appropriate via the original payment method. This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand law.

5. Events (if applicable)

Event listings will note whether tickets are free or paid.

  • Transfers/Refunds: Unless stated otherwise on the event page, tickets are transferable to another person but non-refundable. If we cancel or materially change an event, you'll be offered a refund or transfer.

  • Photography/recording: Events may be photographed or recorded. Let us know on arrival if you prefer not to be included.

6. Shop purchases (if applicable)

6.1 Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We can cancel and refund if an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced.

6.2 Shipping and delivery

We'll ship within New Zealand using [carrier]. Indicative timeframes: [x-y working days local / x-y rural]. We'll email tracking where available.

6.3 Returns and consumer rights

If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Contact [shop@…] and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, see the product page for any store policy.

7. Payment processing and security

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (for example Stripe/Windcave/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. Card data is handled securely by the provider. Your bank statement may show their name or our trading name as the merchant.

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to process donations, orders, registrations and to communicate with you. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy. You can request access to or correction of your information at any time by emailing [privacy@…].

All content on this site is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without written consent.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or our obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We're not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your discretion.
